The original tremolo bar with the original tip was missing and the threaded stub was embedded in the inertia block when the author acquired the instrument. The replacement tremolo bar and tip are of uncertain ancestry but both were acquired in the late 1970s at the same time as the guitar. The bar was hand bent to accommodate the owner's preference.
