Replica Kluson-type tuning machines made by Gotoh will help assure stable tuning for many years to come. The replacement tuning machines are made from a heavier metal than the originals and add an extra bit of mass to the headstock which seems to noticeably improve the natural unplugged sustain of the guitar.
